Driving Global Alignment: Regional Sales Conference 2026

Last week, we welcomed our Regional Sales Managers from across the globe to our headquarters in Cramlington for our annual regional sales conference.

With sales leaders representing the UK and Europe, Middle East, Asia, the Americas and Australia, the conference – led by our CEO Vince Patterson – provided a valuable opportunity to align on our strategic priorities and regional goals for the year ahead and beyond.

Collaboration was a key focus throughout the conference. Bringing together colleagues from different regions and functions, we created space to exchange ideas, share best practice and learn from one another’s experiences. Our Regional Sales Managers also spent time engaging with key support teams, including marketing, to explore several exciting projects planned for the next 12 months – strengthening alignment and ensuring we continue to work as one team globally.

Beyond the sessions and workshops, the conference reinforced the importance of connection. Building strong relationships across regions helps us stay agile, responsive and collaborative in how we support our customers.
