This relatively lightweight hydraulic crimping head is ideal for crimping cable lugs ranging from 240 mm² to 630 mm² in medium-voltage (MV) applications. It is compatible with CMP 250H crimping dies and features a captive pin for locking the upper die securely.

This crimping head offers a great weight-to-capacity ratio while maintaining a robust design. Operation of this crimping head requires a hydraulic pump achieving 700 bar/10,000psi, such as CMP-PHP700.
