The ZerOhm range provides an extensive choice of copper cable lugs, copper splices and selected aluminum cable lugs.
Configurations include:

Long-barrel designs allow additional crimps and are well suited to higher-tension and MV applications, while flared entries assist with the insertion of fine-stranded and flexible conductors.

CMP ZerOhm Pro heavy-duty cable lugs and splices are engineered to provide high mechanical strength and excellent electrical performance.
The range is available in AWG/MCM/kcmil sizes, primarily in copper, with flared or parallel entries, standard or long barrels and one or two stud-hole configurations. Multiple palm styles and inspection-window options provide further flexibility, with selected aluminum options also available.
Premium Materials for Long-Term Performance
CMP copper cable lugs are manufactured from high-purity oxygen-free seamless copper tube and are precisely dimensioned to achieve optimal crimping with suitable conductors.
Products are annealed to enhance durability and minimise the risk of fracture between the palm and barrel, while electrolytic tin plating provides resistance to oxidation and corrosion.

Easy conductor insertion
Parallel-entry products feature a bevelled edge to assist insertion of solid, concentric-stranded and compacted-stranded conductors.
Flared entry options
Flared barrels help guide fine and extra-fine stranded conductors into the barrel, reducing the risk of strands splaying or snapping.
Inspection options
Large inspection windows allow the installer to visually confirm conductor insertion. Non-window options are also available for applications where reducing the risk of moisture ingress is important.
Clear identification
Enhanced product markings identify key information including lug type, cable size, stud-hole size and certification.
Crimp positioning
Banded barrel markings show where crimps should be made, helping installers achieve the intended installation.
Tested and Certified
ZerOhm Pro solutions are third-party certified to UL 486A-486B and CSA C22.2 No. 65, supporting use in installations rated up to 35 kV.
